Licenses

PJSC “Trustbank” has the following licenses and permits:

• Banking License No 14 of November 13, 2008 issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for the following banking operations:
  1. attraction of monetary funds from individuals and legal entities into deposits;
  2. placement of the attracted monetary funds on its own behalf and at its own expense on conditions of repayment, interest payment and maturity;
  3. opening and maintaining of bank accounts of individuals and legal entities;
  4. opening and maintaining of accounts in precious metals;
  5. rendering settlement and cash services to individuals and legal entities including correspondent banks;
  6. currency exchange operations;
  7. purchase and sale of precious metals as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
  8. attraction and placement of precious metals into deposits;
  9. issuance of bank guarantees;
  10. trust management of monetary funds under trust management contracts;
  11. issuance of bank plastic cards;
  12. issuance of securities confirming the attraction of monetary funds into deposits and their placement on accounts;
  13. financing against assignment of monetary claim (factoring);
  14. leasing special rooms or safe deposit boxes located therein to individuals and legal entities for the bank storage of documents and valuables (cash, securities, precious metals and stones, etc.);
  15. transportation of cash, payment orders, precious metals and stones and other valuables between banks and non-bank lending institutions, their subsidiaries and structural divisions, and delivery of such valuables to bank customers and non-bank lending institutions.
• Special Permit (License) No 02200/5200-1246-1099 to perform professional and exchange transactions with securities prolonged in accordance with Decision No 313 of December 16, 2011 and issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus for ten years till January 10, 2022;
• Special Permit (License) No 02010/0527210 to provide security services to legal entities and private individuals issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus for five years till September 21, 2014;
• Special Permit (License) No 02010/0338148 to employ foreign citizens and to provide employment to the citizens of the Republic of Belarus abroad issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and valid till April 02, 2014;
• Special Permit (License) No 02200/0064559 to perform transactions with precious metals and precious stones issued in accordance with Decision No 57 of February 27, 2009 by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus for five years till March 17, 2014.
