2. Copy of the state registration certificate duly notarized (a state registration certificate, a statement from the decision of a local executive authority, the Ministry of Justice).
3. Copy of statutory documents (the Articles of Incorporation, the statutory agreement) duly notarized.
4. Certificate issued by tax authorities on the taxpayer’s registration.
5. Certificate on the assignment of the taxpayer’s identification number
6. Certificate issued by Belgosstrakh.
7. Original form for specimen signatures and a stamp impression in the original duly notarized.
8. Copies of passports (two last pages and a page with a registration stamp), authorization documents of responsible persons who are entitled to maintain the account (a copy of director’s certificate, a copy labour agreement (contract).
9. Questionnaire of a legal entity or a self-employed person.
