PJSC “Trustbank” performs bank transfers requested by private customers against relevant bills or without any bills in accordance with the electronic databases of payees.

Payments are made in cash or debited from private bank accounts. Private customers should submit payment orders to perform bank pay-out transfers from their accounts.

If the beneficiary of funds has no contractual relationships with PJSC “Trustbank”, the payee will be charged in accordance with the Tariffs approved by the Management Board of the Bank.
